Founded in 2025 by John Hanke and a new creative team of independent freelancers, Dusty Box Media set out to revive a nostalgic era of storytelling using a modern, animated web comics format.
What began as the ambitious launch of Greasepunk Paradise quickly grew into something larger: a mission to create original stories across multiple genres.
…and so, we now think of Greasepunk Paradise as just the first thing to appear in a much larger Dusty Box Media collection.
